out. It's fact of life and business. So, we provide an
answer.
If your equipment
can pass calibration, great. If not:

dedicated sales manager, the person who gave you the quote, will
contact you with the reason why your equipment didn't pass
calibration.

If you
like, we will let you speak with the technician.

It's
important that you know why this happened. It's your money and
our reputation at stake, let's get it right.

We will
offer to quote a replacement. We typically can get the
equipment at distributor discounts not available to the public.

If we
think you can get it cheaper somewhere else, we'll tell you.

We will
calibrate the new equipment for half price.

Return
everything to you, with calibration certificates, calibration data,
and any explanation you need.
Lots of places
will simply give the bad equipment back to you. No solution.
Other places
will order and cal, but charge full price. Conflict of interest?
Our belief is
that if you are treated the right way, you'll remember the next time you
need calibration services, new equipment or anything else we offer.

All calibration certificates are NIST traceable and with full
calibration data. Our calibration and repair services are performed to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 9002, NAVSEA and ANSI Z540 standards.
