Free account management is a feature of our Guardian Angel suite of services.

Calibration is our business, not yours.  It's just something you have to make sure gets done on time.  Angels helps you spend less time tracking calibration cycles and more time focusing on your business.  Every piece of calibration equipment that comes through our laboratory is entered into our database.  So, when the calibration cycle comes around again, we notify you.  We send a letter, make a call, send an email, whatever you need.

But we also make the information available online.  That way, you can plan ahead on what equipment is due and when.  No mad scrambles, just calibration made easy.  The Guardian Angel suite of services includes detailed equipment tracking including:

• Completion dates of equipment being calibrated

• Real time calibration status.  Has my work started or not?  Find out immediately

• Activate or deactivate your own equipment.  No more reminders about equipment you're not using.

• Add or remove your own equipment.

• Set your own calibration cycle. 

• Extend your own calibration cycle.

• Automated reminders of what equipment is due for calibration.  That gives you time to work around missing equipment, so no slow downs while equipment is out for cal.

• Set your own calibration due date.  If you want to extend a piece of equipment, you can do it without changing the overall calibration interval. 

• Change calibration reminders as you choose.

• Export your entire equipment list to Excel.  You still control your information.

• All equipment in our shop is listed online and on demand with estimated return dates, with our five business day turnaround  that has changed the industry.
