Some of our competitors will try to calibrate equipment for you, and if they can't they send you equipment that still doesn't work, and a bill.  How does that help anyone?

We don't identify problems for customers, we solve them.

We have an extensive group of partnerships that give us access to replacement parts (distributor discounts, half price calibration if the equipment has to be replaced).  If you need repair or replacement, you authorize it, we take care of it.  All in one phone call.

 If your equipment is beyond repair, we can order a new one, calibrate it and send both back to you.  For this, we provide the second calibration at half price.

Our calibrations are NIST traceable and come with full as found as left calibration data.  Our calibration and repair services are performed to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 9002,    NAVSEA and ANSI Z540 standards.  Our onsite capabilities have been proven internationally both in the commercial and military parts of our business. 

You can confirm our credentials through our accrediting body, the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation.
